Frequently Asked Questions
Do we have to collate the plastic into different types ready for collection or can we simply let you do that after you have collected? We would always survey your operation either by visit or by telephone and advise you accordingly. To achieve the highest price for your waste we would always advise you to separate materials. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Do you provide us with collection bins? Yes we do. For the smaller businesses we will leave you with brand new stillages. Our smallest size is 1000mm x 1200mm x 1150mm. We also have larger ones which are 1524mm x 1000mm x 1150mm. For large businesses we can leave you with a 40 yard roll on roll off bin. Small bins weigh 170kg. Large bins weigh 220kg. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How many bins do we have to take? You can have as many as you need. As they fill we will replace them. If you need more bins then we can bring them along on the next collection. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How regularly do you collect? Within 48 hours of request. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What times do you collect? We can collect 24 hours a day if necessary. We cater to your requirements. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How much do we get paid for the material? Payment will be made by BACS within 48hrs of collection. This will be subject to the banks standard clearing system. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What is the best way to contact you in the event that we need more information or would like a visit? To contact us you can either call our UK local rate telephone number, or email us at info@agharecycling.co.uk. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What happens to the waste material once you collect it? Once collected the material is brought back to our UK operational sites. It is weighed, sorted and graded. The material is then stored until it is shredded, baled or granulated, dependant on what the material is. Finally it is collated and shipped by container ready for the final leg of the recycling process. |
